Homolab, available in two versions 2.20 and 2.50, is a laboratory homogeniser capable of testing about 20 l/h of product, with homogenisation pressure up to 1,800 bar.
FBF Italia's laboratory homogeniser is equipped with two pumping pistons. This feature allows the homogenising heads to work with greater stability on the sample product to be tested, obtaining much more reliable results compared to those obtained with single-piston machines. These peculiarities allow transferring the optimised homogenisation conditions emerged from laboratory research to industrial production.

The Homolab 2.20 and Homolab 2.50 homogenizers are laboratory machines that boast easy installation (they do not require piston cooling water) and straightforward usage (manual adjustment of homogenisation pressures via handwheels)
Choosing to equip them with two pumping pistons is fundamental for us to provide reliable results. The machine comes complete with a double homogenization stage and a pressurizable hopper (available in 0.8 or 1.6 litres); the only optional accessory is the hopper with a cavity for passing hot water (to be supplied).
