Industrial Homogenizers
What is homogenization?
Homogenization is the process of forcing milk through a high-pressure homogenizer to subdivide fat globules, reducing their size and increasing their surface area. This prevents the natural separation of cream, resulting in milk with uniform consistency, improved texture, and enhanced whiteness. The process does not add or remove any milk components but stabilizes the fat emulsion, making milk easier to pour and more palatable.
