Volumetric Pump
High pressure positive displacement piston pumps
The FBF Italia positive displacement pump is designed with the same construction principles as our homogenizers, therefore maintaining high qualitative standards throughout. On the exterior, they are distinguished from a homogenizer chiefly by the absence of the homogenization group.
This shared engineering DNA means every volumetric pump benefits from the same attention to sealing, materials and finish that goes into our high-pressure homogenizers delivering constant, pulsation-controlled flow for processes where dosing accuracy matters as much as throughput.
Since it isn't feasible to showcase a specific dimension table for the piston PD pump here, we encourage you to reach out to our support team directly for capacity, pressure and sizing guidance suited to your line.
The construction criteria of FBF Italia's volumetric pumps are the same used for our homogenisers, therefore synonymous with high quality standards.
These pumps are used for the volumetric pumping of products containing pieces, such as diced tomatoes or fruit, soups, yogurt, jams, etc., even in the presence of high counter pressures.

Accessories
The Remote Homogenizing Valve is a complete homogenizing chamber that operates independently from the equipment you already have installed it only requires a compressed air supply to run. Fitted onto a volumetric pump, it can be configured two ways depending on what your line needs
Converts the pump's output into a genuine homogenization stage, giving you particle micronization and emulsion stability without installing a full standalone homogenizer.
Keeps the volumetric pump's own dosing/transfer function intact while simultaneously subjecting the treated product to the homogenization phase, two processes, one pass.
