The Buffalo Series homogenizers comply with CE regulations and are available with hourly capacities ranging from 50 to 50,000 l/h, for homogenisation pressures up to 2,000 bar.

Technical Data

  • Compression head manufactured from a single block (easy and fast maintenance) of high quality stainless steel (duplex 2205 or equivalent), with a 3 year guarantee against cracking
  • Plungers in stainless steel with double coating in chrome and DLC (Diamond Like Carbon)
  • Interchangeable Valve group assemblies available in special materials depending on the products to be processed
  • Homogenizing valves designed to be energy efficient, with high stability and alignment of the moving parts (impact head) due to the hydrodynamic assembly, which ensures a vibration free homogenization
  • Safety valve, in sanitary execution, of spring type with replaceable shutter and seat

  • Crankshaft made of special type steel, machined from a heat treated solid piece with high-quality finishing of the crank pins and complete nitriding; supported by heavy-duty roller bearings (with bronze bearings used on the crank pins only)
  • Power transmission with a double reduction stage: "V" belts / pulleys, with parallel axes reduction gear of primary brands
  • AC motor of primary brands (4 poles)
  • Oil splash type lubricating plant, in oil-bath mechanical components, correct oil level checked by a proper inspection window installed on the machine front side
  • Initial spare parts set supplied with the machine includes the following: full set of gaskets, a set of valve springs and a complete safety valves set
  • Set of tools for ordinary maintenance
